Wade Tai is the co-founder and co-owner of Accendo Real Estate with his sister Angella Tai. Wade strives to provide a team-based approach to service for clients in making fundamentally sound investment choices in real estate.
Wade started in real estate at a young age, purchasing his first property at the age of 22, and has continued to excel in property investment. He acquired his first real estate license while working at IBM in Phoenix, Arizona. Wade moved back to the Bay Area where he co-founded Accendo Real Estate after he realized the limited range of large corporate real estate firms. By utilizing a team-based business model in real estate, Wade employs seamless expertise across residential and commercial business markets. This provides clients the toolkit needed to succeed in acquiring properties to strengthen their own real estate investment portfolios.
Wade brings his knowledge and insight in the real estate market as an investment vehicle to the negotiating table to extract more value for Accendo clients. By leveraging a partnered approach, which extends from the evaluation of various real estate markets to the preparation and management of properties, Wade and the team at Accendo Real Estate provides a hands-on experience to clients that range from property acquisitions and transfers to evaluating and managing cash-flow opportunities.

Angella Tai, Broker/Owner
As the broker and owner of Accendo Real Estate, Angella Tai co-founded the company with her brother, Wade Tai, to provide a real estate firm that focuses on building their clients’ real estate portfolios. Angella oversees the organization and works closely with all team members to ensure optimal client service and satisfaction through proven systems, strategic partnerships and simple dedication. Consulting and interacting with clients about property listings, real estate investments and/or property management, Angella utilizes her extensive financial and real estate experience to focus on ways to create solutions for all real estate situations.
Angella’s previous experience includes Production Manager at Countrywide Homes LLC. In Campbell, Transaction Manager at Aboslute Mortage Banking in Palo Alto and Director of Finance and Marketing at Dancing Star Films in Mountain View. Angella holds a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara and she is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California. Angella is also a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the Alameda Business Association and heads the Silicon Valley Softball League.
Angella is extremely passionate about her surrounding communities and works hard to always give back by providing community space for San Jose State University students, local artists and businesses.
Mayra M. Ramos, Realtor Hablo español
Mayra Ramos is a Realtor with Accendo Real Estate. She epitomizes integrity, hard work, positive energy and creative service in every detail of her real estate transactions. Mayra grew up in Salinas, CA and fell in love with Santa Barbara County when she moved to Santa Barbara for her undergraduate degree. She possesses a B.A. in Global & International Studies and an M.A. in Education, both from UCSB.
After purchasing her first home, Mayra knew she wanted to be able to help others do the same. It was overwhelming at times and it was great knowing that a dedicated team of knowledgeable people was going to be with her the entire way. Making big purchases does not have to be overwhelming; with the right people by your side it can be an exciting time! Mayra’s previous experience includes property management and housing contract services at the University of California Santa Barbara. She has 17 years of experience in customer service and prides herself in being a life-long learner. Mayra values helping others and navigating their real estate needs.
Mayra’s hobbies include; riding her motorcycle with her husband, photography and walks on the beach. Mayra actively gives back to the community through her volunteer service with kids in foster care with CASA, and by fostering dogs with her local animal shelter. Mayra is a proud member of Toastmasters, Kiwanis and AAUW (American Association of University Women).
Tomas Maganda Ayala, Realtor Hablo español
Tomas Maganda Ayala has been a Santa Barbara local for the last 30 years. He came with his family at a very young age from Mexico. Working on the family farm in rural Mexico, he learned the meaning of hard work, dedication and integrity. He started and owns a successful business based around wine tourism throughout Santa Barbara County. Tomas holds a BA from California State University Fullerton.
An avid rugby player, he is also the secretary of the Grunion Rugby Football Club of Santa Barbara. He is also a coach for the Stingrays youth rugby program, volunteering his time to help kids learn the game, stay fit, develop friendships and build character. He has also volunteered with the AARP Tax-Aide program for many years as a Tax Counselor, helping elderly and low-income individuals with tax preparations.
Tomas is a creative and resourceful individual who always manages to find a way to get things done. His association with Accendo Real Estate provides Tomas with a wealth of experience, resources and a team with many years of combined experience handling real estate transactions throughout California.
He lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, Chantelle and daughter, Sonali. Tomas purchased his first real estate property while in college.
